Update 8/22/23: Idina Menzel is the latest to drop Scooter Braun as their manager as speculation grows about why there appears to be the beginnings of an exodus of A-listers from his client roster.
Update 8/21/22: Ariana Grande has joined the exodus, announcing she too is no longer working with manager Scooter Braun.
Sorry, not sorry!
According to a new report from Billboard, Demi Lovato has officially ended their management deal with Scooter Braun.
News of Lovato's departure from Braun comes shortly after reports surfaced that Justin Bieber was also cutting ties with Braun as his manager. Lovato signed on with Braun back in 2019.
Braun has famously managed other A-list stars such as Ariana Grande, Dan + Shay, Carly Rae Jepsen, Usher, Ashley Graham, David Guetta, and more.
Lovato is currently searching for new management as they begin a new chapter. This year, Lovato has been releasing rock versions of their biggest hits including "Heart Attack," "Cool for the Summer," "Sorry Not Sorry," and most recently "Confident."
The star will eventually drop a new album with all of the revamped versions on September 15.
