Steve Rogers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise, and making waves for his more dramatic performances in films like Puncture, Snowpiercer, Gifted, and Knives Out, Evans has been a household name for many years. Overall, he has been one of the most beloved actors of our time, and is unanimously considered one of the most attractive men in Hollywood.

Despite being such a big name around the world and having such an active career on the big screen, however, it took quite a long time for Evans to be named People’s Sexiest Man Alive. In the last 10 years, the recipients of this title have included Channing Tatum (2012), Adam Levine (2013), Christ Hemsworth (2014), David Beckham (2015), Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (2016), Blake Shelton (2017), Idris Elba (2018), John Legend (2019), Michael B. In 2022, Evans was finally featured as People’s Sexiest Man Alive. “Thanks [People]!!” the actor wrote on Instagram. “I think we can all agree that it’s damn near impossible to follow in Paul Rudd’s footsteps in any capacity, but I’ll do my best.”
