​Alexander Lincoln is an up-and-coming actor in the UK who has been making quite a name for himself – particularly in television. Of note, Lincoln has made waves for playing the character of Jamie Tate on the British soap opera Emmerdale Farm.

Prior to Emmerdale, Lincoln made appearances on projects like Degenerates and As I Am. After leaving the soap opera, he landed a role in an LGBTQ+ romance film about two rugby players, In From the Side. That performance gathered critical acclaim for Lincoln, as well as a newfound popularity among viewers.

Lincoln has also appeared in Everything I Know About Love, The Fence, and Inland in recent years. In 2023, the actor is slated to appear in the fantasy project Gods Among Us and the sci-fi project Aurora. To kick off the new year, Lincoln disclosed on social media that he is “not straight,” which came as his official coming out as being a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
