The rapper got litigious over claims regarding his magic stick.

50 Cent wants to make it very clear, he did not get penis enlargement surgery, ok?!

To that end, the rapper had filed a lawsuit against plastic surgeon Angela Kogan for implying that he was a client who received penis enhancement at Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa in Miami.

Kogan posted a photo of the two of them on social media that 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, alleges he took with her because he believed she was a fan, but that was later used to insinuate he had undergone the cosmetic procedure.

50 Cent sued Kogan last September, claiming he never consented to the use of the image for commercial purposes, and that she made a “false insinuation” that she had provided him with penile enlargement surgery.

“50 Cent is suing plastic surgeon Angela Kogan and her businesses, Perfection Plastic Surgery and Medspa. — He is claiming they keep circulating an old photo of them together, making it look like he underwent a penis enlargement procedure. 🍆🔪”

“Defendants’ actions have exposed Jackson to ridicule, caused substantial damage to his professional and personal reputation, and violated his right to control his name and image,” 50 Cent’s lawyers wrote at the time, pointing to social media comments that derided the rapper, in one case referring to him as “50 inch.”

Kogan denied the allegations, claiming that 50 Cent was indeed a client, that the photo was taken as payment for services he had received, and that the use of the photo was “innocuous.”

Kogan attempted to have the case thrown out, but that was denied in December and a trial was set for this July.

“As the proverbial saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words,” Judge Robert N. Scola, Jr. wrote. “This one in particular depicts a worldwide celebrity next to Kogan with MedSpa’s name repeated all throughout the background. The promotional value is evident.”

However, it seems like a court case will ultimately be avoided, as according to Billboard the two have reached an agreement and are finalizing a settlement. While I'm sure the rapper and Kogan are looking forward to putting this behind them, let’s be honest, this isn’t exactly BDE — allegedly.
