Chloë Sevigny Stars as Transgender Hitman in 'Hit and Miss'

The series, titled Hit and Miss, will focus on a transgender hit man who suddenly finds out that in the previous life, she has fathered several children.

Actress Chloë Sevigny is set to portray an Irish transgender assassin in a British miniseries, according to entertainment blog IndieWire.

The series, titled Hit and Miss, will focus on a transgender hit man who suddenly finds out that in the previous life, she has fathered several children.

The miniseries will be produced for UK's Sky Atlantic with filming planned for this summer. Sevigny tells Blackbook magazine that she will play a pre-op male-to-female. "It’s very realistic," she says. "It’s being created by a lot of the people who were involved in the original Skins, so it’s going to be very edgy.”

Sevigny previously starred in Boys Don't Cry, the 1999 film about murdered transgender man Brandon Teena, which won the best actress Academy Award for Hilary Swank.
