6 Queer Fashion Labels We're Falling for This Fall
Did you know there’s a Queer Fashion Week? And yes, it’s just as fabulous and glittery as you’d expect. Looking for labels that fit your queer style? Here are our six of our faves.
1. Qwear
Love the name, love the clothes. Lots of white and navy and a bonus blog with excellent LGBT fashion blogger content.
From Project Runway fame, Alicia Hardesty says her vision for her clothing line is to “give you something that allows your true colors to shine through.” Oh and she’s pretty hot, which helps.
Feel free to screen print and photo shop your face over this picture of her at her sisters’ wedding. You know, for your hope chest, or Facebook profile photo (if you’re comfortable fan-girling in public).
3. Wildfang
Because Kate Moening (Shane – The L Word). She modelled for them, and they nail androgynous style. Plus witty clothing titles like “Suit Yourself” and “Not Plaid About It" make this brand a no-brainer.
4. Zazzle’s Entire Gay Section
Because sassy, funny statement t-shirts are an excellent way to irritate the homophobes and catch the attention of the potential future love of your life. And they're way affordable.
5. Androgyny
For butch and femmes alike, Androgyny may go a little overboard on the plaid but hey … know your audience, right? Plus they totally get us.
6. Milk And Honey by Ruby Rose
Lots of distressed denim and graphic print singlets, not to mention inspired by our queer queen Ruby Rose. Get on my body. The clothes ... ahem.
