Paramount's upcoming epic musical spectacle ROCKETMAN is hitting theaters just in time for Pride season, the perfect time to celebrate one of the LGBTQ community's most iconic, boundary-breaking pop culture figures: Elton John. From the looks of the trailer, we can see that Sir Elton loved to have a good time, and since we can't all perform like the "Bennie and the Jets" singer (we totally wish we could, though!) what better way to channel our inner Elton John than by partying and having a good time like him instead!
So here are 10 of the best LGBTQ Pride parties where you can live your best, fullest Elton John fantasy! And catch ROCKETMAN two weeks early exclusively through Fandango Early Access on May 18; get your tickets now. In Theatres Everywhere May 31.

Too often, Pride parties center and cater mostly to gay men, but LGBTQ women like to go out and have fun too, and that's where QueerGirl comes in! The event company was founded in an effort to "embody the style and feel of the next generation of queer women," and their multiple, nationwide festivities are super inclusive of people of different ages (21 and up, of course), races, sexualities, and gender identities. The cool thing about QueerGirl is that they donate portions of their proceeds to Miley Cyrus' Happy Hippie Foundation supporting homeless queer youth. Partying and having a good time for a good cause?! Heck yes!
When: QueerGirl parties are held throughout the year and during Pride season, starting in March and ending in October.
Where: QueerGirl is throwing a ton of parties in major cities across the country, including Los Angeles, Houston, San Diego, and Atlanta.

(Just like the incredible Elton John himself, many of us know our way around a wig and a flashy costume.) NYC Pride partnered with the folks behind the East Coast's LGBTQ-centered pop culture convention Flame Con to bring this nerdy AF experience to the Big Apple, and we can't wait to see what kind of looks attendees bring to the table this year!
