Makeup artist and Instagram star Richard Arthur (@TheOfficialAriel) has re-imagined Pennywise the dancing clown from Stephen King's IT as a carnival queen, serving sewer realness. King's movie adaptation has already broken previous records as the most successful horror film opening of all time.
