Michelle Visage Debunks Rumor That Raja Dragged Her On 'All Stars 7'

All tea but no shade, apparently!

The newly-created Instagram account for The Pit Stop – the official recap series of RuPaul’s Drag Race on YouTube – recently shared an old video featuring Raja and Bob the Drag Queen.

In this old video shared on Instagram, Bob asks Raja if she has “any good Michelle Visage reads.” Raja replies, “I don’t, because I don’t know who that is.”

Even though it’s incredibly clear that Raja was just joking and throwing some light shade, certain fans took to the comments to talk about how much they “love Raja” for disliking Michelle. The theorized assumption that Raja dislikes Michelle started out in 2022, while RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 7 was still airing.

On July 2022, nearing the end of All Stars 7 on Paramount+, Trinity The Tuck told an audience during a live performance that Raja had clapped back at Michelle during the competition. As seen in a TikTok video from @karenskjerning, Trinity can be heard saying the following:

“[It was during] the third episode. So, everybody thinks that the judges didn’t give negative critiques on [All Stars 7]. Well, they did. They did give us negative critiques. They just chose to edit that out. You know RuPaul has that song, ‘Blame It On the Edit’? Well, b*tch, I’m blaming on the f*cking edit, okay? They chose to not show any of the negative critiques, which is fine – it made everybody look great, which is great.”

Trinity continued, “But Michelle came for Raja during episode three, and Raja looked dead at Michelle and said, ‘Who are you to judge me? You have no credentials other than being the host’s best friend.’ And then when we got off-stage, backstage, in the werk room, and the cameras were cut, she told all the producers: ‘She should be fired!’ I mean, I don’t know if I agree or not... I’m just saying that’s what she said.”

To be clear, Raja did share a reaction to this video of Trinity when it first went viral on social media. At the time, Raja called Trinity “an embellishment queen,” which suggested that Trinity was either making up this story or adding a lot of details to what really happened behind the scenes.

Now, Michelle Visage herself is debunking these rumors that she has any drama with Raja. After the video of Raja and Bob was shared on The Pit Stop Instagram page, Michelle took to the comments to reply to certain fans who were praising Raja for seemingly disliking Michelle.

One fan wrote, “This has aged very well [laughing emoji]. I’d pay money to watch the unused footage of Raja absolutely dragging Michelle on [All Stars 7].” Michelle replied, “Me too! Because it didn’t happen.”

Another fan commented under the video, “Raja’s hate for Michelle has made me love Raja even more. [smiling face with hearts emoji.]” Michelle responded, “Also, Raja doesn’t hate me, we actually love one another… but the fact that you love someone for hating another says more about you than anyone.”
