Fans are freaking out over the clip.

UPDATE 4/26/2022: Misha Collins clarified on Monday that he is heterosexual and that "coming out" as bisexual was not his intention but a moment of "misspeaking." He shared a full statement on his social media Monday.

"I want to deeply apologize for misspeaking this weekend. At a fan convention in New Jersey, when I was talking with the audience I said that I was 'all three' things: an introvert, an extrovert, and a bisexual. My clumsy intention was to wave off actually discussing my sexuality, but I badly fumbled that and understand that was seen as me coming out as bisexual," he wrote.

"This was not my intention so I need to correct the record: I am not bisexual. I happen to be straight, but I am also a fierce ally and the last thing I want to do is falsely co-opt the struggles of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe and fully support that we need to sanctify the human right to express our identities honestly and to be free to love whomever we choose openly."

ORIGINAL STORY: It's been almost two years since the beloved CW series Supernatural concluded after fifteen seasons, but fans are still as rabid as ever.

Conventions still go on regularly around the world and at a recent one in New Jersey over the weekend, star Misha Collings (who played the fallen angel Castiel) casually opened up about his sexuality.

In a clip shared on Twitter, the moment begins when Collins asks the crowd, "By show of force, how many of you would consider yourself introverts? How many extroverts? And how many bisexuals?" As the crowd giggles and yells "gay" and "where did that come from?," Collins quietly offers up, "I'm all three", before moving on with his speech.

A recording of the moment currently has over 177,000 views and nearly 3,000 favorites on Twitter. It seems to be a casual coming-out moment for Collins but he has not responded to online fan inquiries about it since Saturday.

The 47-year-old actor has been married to historian Victoria Vantoch since 2001 and the two currently have two kids together.

His character, Castiel, caused quite the controversy in the penultimate episode of the long-running TV series. Spoiler alert but in the episode, the angel declares his love for Dean Winchester before sacrificing himself to save him, a plot point that sent long-time fans into a frenzy. While some rejoiced the confirmation of Castiel's feelings for Dean, others believe it repeated the bury your gays trope that so many LGBTQ+ TV characters fall into it, which was especially heartbreaking since Castiel had just technically come out.

At the time, both Collins and producers said that they "all knew Castiel was in love with Dean."
