"I didn’t know there was a word for it," the Oscar-winning producer said.

Music producer Mark Ronson just came out as sapiosexual today.

During an appearance on Good Morning Britain, the Oscar-winning music producer (who has famously collaborated with the likes of Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse, and Bruno Mars) said he identifies as sapiosexual after a segment on the topic of sapiosexuality that ran earlier in the show. For those of you who don't know, Psychology Today defines a sapiosexual person as "someone who finds intelligence and the human mind to be the most sexually attractive feature for a potential sexual relationship."

"Now that we know that you're single, you are identifying as a man who likes intellect?" one of the show's hosts asked Mark.

"Yeah, I didn’t know that there was a word for it," he replied. "We were all arguing backstage in the dressing room with a couple of your producers. And yes, I feel like I identify as sapiosexual."

Watch the Mark Ronson discuss his sapiosexuality with Good Morning Britain in the video below.
