Sorry hommasexyuhs, TikTok star Terri Jo is taking over the world.

The 27-year-old social media sensation was featured on the cover of Paper Magazine. The photos are both sacrilegious and iconic, hilarious yet fierce, in the way that only Terri Joe could be. "WORDS CANT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW GRATEFUL I AM TO YOU," Joe wrote. "Like who would have thought me slapping a wig on and a fake ass background would lead me here!?!"

Jo's rise on TikTok has been chaotic, to say the least. It had humble beginnings but now everytime she hops on live and starts to roast people between 10pm and 2am, thousands of people tune in. And the Christian Lousiana native isn't the only personality, she also slips effortlessly into LA influencer Jeorgia Peach and Salem witch Amethyst Jade when the mood strikes. And her hilarious conversations have landed her only lives with Doja Cat, Hunter Schafer, Ziwe, Bob the Drag Queen, and even Madonna.

"I think Doja Cat was the first celebrity I went Live with," Jo shared in the Paper story. "I was just on Live one night and that’s when I was literally having like 2,000 people on my Live. People were commenting, 'Doja Cat is here!' And I was like, 'Yeah, sure. And I'm Beyoncé.' I thought they were lying, but then I saw her commenting, and I was like, 'Wait, what?' So then I just added her to the Live and when I added her, her following came to the Live and they were watching us interact with each other. And then she joined again a few more times. That's where it snowballed, because her following came to me and they enjoyed our interactions together."

Jo's live with Madonna was somehow even more iconic. As thousands of fans watched, the "Like A Prayer" singer whipped out a bottle of poppers and sniffed it, much to Jo's delight. "I thought that was so funny because I was like, 'Wait, what?' I saw her while she was doing it and I was like, 'Wait, are you literally doing poppers on Live like, what is this?' And the fact that she didn't get banned for that was hilarious. Yeah, that was amazing."

After walking us through the beginnings of the character, Jo says she Raven Symoné was a big influencer of hers. Growing up, "I was really just sitting in front of the TV and watching Disney Channel most of the time, mostly That's So Raven, which I attribute to the things that I'm doing — like character work. [Raven Symoné] would do that all the time: play random characters and do the most random things."
