Joel Kim Booster's Nudes Leaked—Here's Why He's Okay With It

Most people don’t really relish the idea of thier nudes being leaked, but Joel Kim Booster is looking on the bright side of things.

The actor dished on this dilemma in his upcoming Netflix comedy special, Psychosexual, according to a promo clip recently shared by the streamer.

“I found out that all my nudes leaked online,” he said, to gasps from the crowd. “Yeah, I know, I can see some of you reaching for your phone right now. Obviously, I was angry. I felt violated. But then I found out that they were put on a website for male celebrity nudes, and I was like, they can stay.”

Hilariously enough, Booster has tweeted about the possibility of his nudes leaking on several occasions in the past.

Whether they actually did or not — we’ll leave the sleuthing up to you — the thirsty comments from fans underneath these tweets just go to show that while having his pics pop up under “celebrity” nudes may be a fun surprise for for Booster, it wouldn't be all that surprising to everyone else.

The actor has had a steadily rising career for some time now, but really made a splash recently with Fire Island, a sort of modern day queer adaptation of Pride and Prejudice set on New York’s premiere gay destination (that's Fire Island). He not only starred in the film, which is currently streaming on Hulu, but wrote it as well.

As for Psychosexual, you can catch that streaming on Netflix June 21.
