Lil Nas X Calls for All Gay Men to Be Even Gayer
Lil Nas X is back on Twitter and he hasn’t been wasting a moment, already jumping right back to his usual delightful shitposting and saying things he knows will make his haters angry.
Yesterday, he directed his thoughts towards the LGBTQ+ community, writing, “straight men are expressing themselves too much now. it so hard to tell who is gay. i need my fellow homosexuals to become gayer.”

It wasn’t immediately clear if Lil Nas was referencing anything or anyone in particular with the first part of his tweet, but as we move towards a society less focused on stereotypes as indicators of whether someone is gay or not, it’s understandable that it might be harder to just guess as to what genders someone is into if they don’t immediately come out and say it.

But the real focus point for fans was that Lil Nas wants them to get even more gay.

This comes right on the heels of Lil Nas going viral for a speech encouraging his fans to be “delusional” in chasing their dreams and assuming they can actually make the seemingly impossible come true for them.
“Believing that I could come out of the closet in the height of my career…to think that I could do that would be delusional,” he said at the time.
And now he’s not only out of the closet, but giving everyone pep talks about leaning in and becoming even more gay. Now that’s character development.
