How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris is showing off abs and bulge in a newly shared thirst trap on Instagram.

"165 pounds soaking wet," wrote the out 48-year-old. 

Fan reactions have been about as thirsty as you'd expect, with comments like "Zaddy" all over the post. 

The married actor is on vacation in Croatia with his husband, David Burtka, and 10-year-old twins Harper and Gideon before they head back to school, according to People.
