Top Model’s Marvin Cortes Comes Out — 5 Things to Know (OnlyFans Too)

Earlier this month, America’s Next Top Model alum, Marvin Cortes, came out in a video posted to Instagram.

“Hey guys I want to let you guys know that I’m coming out as openly bisexual,” he said. “I’ve been in love with both men and women and I’ve been proud to be a part of the gay community in my personal life and just want to share it now publicly, online.”

In a release, Cortes specified that while he had relationships with women all his life, when he was 21 he had his first sexual experience with a man. Now 28, he’s ready to share that information with the world.

“I look forward to living more of an authentic life and sharing that with you.”

But what all do you need to know about the stunner?

He was born in The Bronx

He was raised in the South Bronx alongside six brothers. In fact it’s out of respect for his family that he waited to come out.

“This is probably one of the most difficult things to do,” he said of coming out. “I just feel like my family, I respect them so much and their values — whether they can come across as ignorant, I still respect them so much and I respect their views. And I’ve always felt like it’s not my business to change people’s minds. Especially in my family, they think one way and it’s 100% understandable. And I want them to know that I’ve delayed this as much as possible because I respect them very much.”

He was a runner-up on America’s Next Top Model

Cortes burst onto the scene in the 2013 on the 20th cycle of ANTM. He made quite the splash, securing the runner-up slot. The season was the first to feature male and female contestants. During the show he ended dup in a relationship with fellow contestant Renee Bhagwandeen. Prior to the two of them getting together he was a bit of a player, flirting with other girls on the show.

He has a hot OnlyFans

Though his coming out has renewed our attention in Cortes, he’s cultivated a pretty large following over the years. And since January of this year, he’s been treating that following to his OnlyFans. The feed is mostly photos with a good bit of video thrown in as well.

While it has been mostly photo content, as of May he said he was looking to collaborate with other male OnlyFans creators.

"Part of the reason I wanted to create an OnlyFans page was the increasing amount of censorship on social media," he explained in a press release.  "The restrictions being placed on creators and photographers is bordering on censorship. I want to be able to shoot and share all of my photos and videos without having to worry about being thrown off of a platform."

He’s an author.

His first book Don’t Waste Your Looks on Likes was published in February 2019, gave a glimpse into his experiences in the fashion industry.

He did book gigs as a model after the show.

He’s worked with brands like Guess, Hugo Boss, Givenchy, Coca-Cola, sears, and Samsung.

He launched his own brand.

After his appearance on the show, Cortes launched Beauty by Marvin, which has the company motto of “creating beauty products for influencers.” The brand was launched in August 2020.

As of now, they sell eye masks. They also have a Vitamin E serum in the works.
