It Gets Better's Queerbook Class of 2021 is ready to pass on their words of wisdom, proving that it does indeed get better!

Partnering with TikTok, this year's celebratory virtual yearbook includes actor Jake Borelli, dancer Harper Waters, comedian Meg Stalter, actress Zoey Luna, singer-songwriter JORDY, TikTokers Steph Sutto, August Sanger, and Ribka, YouTuber Owin Pierson, and activist McKenna Palmer.

"Keep trusting yourself, because it does get better," says Grey's Anatomy star Jake Borelli.

This year’s Queerbook also honors queer trailblazing "Teachers" who work to inspire others with their work in the LGBTQ+ community. RuPaul’s Drag Race star Peppermint, activists and writers Raquel Willis and Jen Richards, and 2021 Michigan Teacher of the Year Owen Bondono were all recognized.

"Here at the It Gets Better Project, we use stories to uplift, empower, and connect LGBTQ+ youth," Justin Tindall, the director of education & global programming at It Gets Better, tells PRIDE. "Queerbook is a perfect manifestation of that. It's an opportunity for LGBTQ+ youth to be reminded that their stories are important, that their LGBTQ+ educators matter, and that our communities are a valuable part of school narratives. We deserve to be seen and celebrated just as much as anybody. Go Queerbook Class of 2021!"
