Lil Nas X Nods to Call Me by Your Name in New Song About a Boy
Song of the summer?!
Still flying high after dominating 2019 with "Old Town Road," Lil Nas X is ready to release some new music off of his upcoming debut album.
Today, he teased fans with a 38-second clip of a new song, captioned "CALL ME BY YOUR NAME." It's unclear if that's the title, but it's safe to say the breezy summertime track is an absolute banger.

In the video, Nas X lipsyncs along to the song while driving in his car shirtless, and with the backseat full of shopping bags.
Unlike his past music, the rapper specifically mentions a "boy" he's talking to in the song. The 21-year-old came out as gay in June of 2019 at the height of the "Old Town Road" craze. Now, it seems like he's ready to sing about his romantic attractions. The presumed title and even a line in the track directly nods to Call Me By Your Name, the critically acclaimed, 2018 love story which elicits gay gasps from fans everywhere.
We can't wait to hear the whole track, and whatever else Lil Nas X has in store for us!
