If you've ever wanted to get funky and dance your pants off with openly gay The Politician star and Tony-winning Broadway actor Ben Platt, then today is your lucky day!
To help relieve some of the anxiety that the global COVID-19 pandemic is causing billions of people all over the world, and to help raise money for the Food Bank for New York City, Platt is teaming up with his friends (The Real O'Neals' Noah Galvin and You's Kathryn Gallagher) and throwing a virtual "QuaranTunes" dance party!
"We will get to listen to a virtual playlist together and dance, listen to each other talk and whatnot," Platt said in a video announcement he posted to his Twitter account yesterday.
It's not really safe for us to gather in large groups IRL, but at least we can still have a lot of fun with others online while dancing to some of Platt's fave bops!
Ben Platt's QuaranTunes dance part is scheduled to take place on Twitter at 3pm Pacific/6pm Eastern!
