Ellen DeGeneres and Brad Pitt Dated the Same Woman, But Who?

We're dying to know.

As public as the lives of celebrities often seem to be, especially when it comes to dating, there’s always so much going on that we never find out about.

But Ellen DeGeneres has just thrown us the tiniest clue as she revealed she and superstar Brad Pitt once dated the same woman.

Pitt was a guest on The Ellen Show last week, where they discussed the first time they ever met, many years ago.

“I remember [we met at] a Melissa Etheridge pool party, where I think you were hitting on my girlfriend,” Pitt recalls in the interview.

“Was I hitting on your girlfriend really?” Ellen asks.

He confirms, but reassures her that he was quite flattered by the whole thing.

Ellen doesn’t seem to remember the incident, but looks a little sheepish as she admits: “I actually since then have dated another one of your girlfriends. We’ll talk about that later.”

Unfortunately for all the celeb gossip hounds out there, neither celeb threw us a bone as to which ex the two might have in common, or if it’s even someone we’re aware either of them dated. Some folks have started doing some digging of their own (including Jezebel), but the truth is yet to be uncovered.

Hopefully the mystery woman will come forward on her own soon, but one thing is for sure — she’s definitely got great taste.
