Lil Nas X ended Pride Month with a bang when he came out as gay this past Sunday. "Deadass thought I made it obvious," he tweeted, emphasizing rainbow colored hints he put in his music. 

While support poured out from many of the "Old Town Road" singer's fans, many homophobes raced into Lil Nas X's Instagram comments to do what they do best: complain from the comfort of their Moutain Dew stained couches. 

"Can you not be gay," asked one commenter. "I'll try," X responded. 

"Bro please tell me your gay as a joke," posted another. "I'm gay as a joke," X cheekily responded. 

Another chimed in with "I can't even look at you the same man." X clapped back, "y'all n*gg*s act like I killed somebody lmaoo." 

He's continued the trolling by responding to fans and hecklers on Twitter:
