Teddy Geiger and Emily Hampshire Are Engaged!
They announced the happy news via Instagram on Friday.
Trans singer and music producer Teddy Geiger announced over the weekend that she and Canadian actress Emily Hampshire are engaged. Yay!
Geiger shared the news in a two-part Instagram post.
“I love this woman so much she treats me like a lil princess and makes me laugh harder than anyone,” she began. “Which is why…When she asked me if I wanted to spend the rest of our lives together I said... YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES INFINITE YES I love u @emilyhampshire"
The photos show a clearly emotional Geiger flaunting her ring for the camera. These were shortly followed by another picture showing off the ring alongside a caption about her mother finding the original photos too “‘trashy’ cuz [she] had [her] ‘tongue stickin’ out’”
Hampshire, who stars in the beloved Canadian TV show Schitt's Creek and the recently ended 12 Monkeys, followed up with a celebratory post of her own, confirming “My millennial girlfriend is now my millennial #fiance & I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.”
The couple has not been shy about their relationship since they confirmed it publicly in August of this year, and let’s be real, they’re adorable.
We couldn’t be more thrilled for these wonderful ladies, and hope their engagement brings… well, more cute photos shared with their fans, if we’re being honest. And a lifetime of happiness, of course.
