Brittney Griner is a 6'8" tall pro women's basketball player and out lesbian. She currently plays with the Phoenix Mercury of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). And while her time on the court has been widely praised — she was was the first NCAA basketball player ever to score 2,000 points and block 500 shots — her personal life has been rocky. She married fellow WNBA star Glory Johnson in May of 2015. 28 days later, amidst a slew of domestic violence charges and at least one arrest, Griner filed for divorce — the day after Johnson announced via Instagram that she was pregnant.
