Katy Perry Jealous of Lady Gaga... And Still Not Gay

Katy Perry posted a Twitter message earlier this week about Lady Gaga, calling Gaga 'blasphemous' for the religious images in "Alejandro."

Her exact words were, "Using blasphemy as entertainment is as cheap as a comedian telling a fart joke."

When I read this, I was genuinely confused. First, I couldn't remember why Katy Perry was that famous in the first place. Secondly, I wondered why I let myself get so hungry.

I cry fowl. Because chicken sounds yummy. But I digress.

Could it be Perry's eyes are so green because she's just a little bit jealous?

People would rather talk about Gaga's video than Perry's music, even with Perry's number one single, "California Girls."

Here's a lesson from a lesbian who doesn't like when fake lesbians/bisexuals pretend to like girls to get popular.

Cough, Katy Perry, cough.

If you exploit the "gay card" to get noticed, and you really aren't gay, people might figure it out. And your celebrity might not shine so bright.

I mean, Russell Brand could be mistaken for a creepy woman from a distance, but I wouldn't say that's a bragging point for Perry.

And just because you date girls, it still might not save your career. (RIP Mean Girls hot Lindsay Lohan).

Perry was popular when she first "came out" as a musician, and alluded to coming out as a bisexual in her first single, "I Kissed a Girl." One can attribute that song's popularity, however, to two things: lesbians who were glad to have an anthem, and pervy, teenage boys who watched her video to see some action. Unfortunately for the lesbians and the pre-pubescents, there was none.

Churches thought Perry might be the next big adversary, with her bisexual anthem, but instead, they faced a villain who could one up Perry on her threat of bisexuality. Lady Gaga can wear a strap-on on a magazine cover and get away with it. Now that takes some balls.

When I Google Katy Perry, the primary news results discuss her Twitter diss about Gaga, and perhaps that was her hidden agenda.

If no one is talking about a celebrity, any press is good press.

Here's some advice Perry. If you want to stop blasphemy, the first step is not dating someone who looks like a drunken Jesus. And I'm sure your comedian boyfriend tells plenty of fart jokes.

He at least looks like he might smell like a fart.

Now if we could only get Gaga to stop wearing her hair like the third Musketeer...
