Former The L Word darling Leisha Hailey and Entourage’s Constance Zimmer made their first appearance as a lesbian couple on Ryan Murphy and Ali Adler’s gay-themed sitcom The New Normal Tuesday.
While Leisha and Constance appeared only in one scene at the beginning of the episode it was still great to see Leisha --who’s been spending most of her time these days playing with her band Uh Huh Her–- back in front of the camera.
The lesbian couple Victoria (Leisha) and Tiffany (Constance) who will reportedly be recurring, was introduced on The New Normal as possible godparents for lead characters Bryan (Andrew Rannells) and David’s (Justin Bartha) baby that they’re having via a surrogate Goldie (Georgia King).
But it turns out that Victoria and Tiffany, who apparently had a commitment ceremony in the very lesbian-esque Ojai, may not be the best prospective godparents as they’re frustrated with their inability to have their own children.
“Victoria’s uterus is dented and my eggs are practically powdered,” Tiffany says.
