Last week the women of The Talk took on the topic of lesbian haircuts after cohost Julie Chen remarked that since Harry Potter star Emma Watson has said that since cutting her hair into a short pixie the press has been hounding her about the possibility that she’s coming out as a lesbian (ridiculous).

Still, all eyes on the panel turned to out cohost Sara Gilbert for advice on whether or not the myth of the lesbian haircut actually exists, and she answered that indeed it does.

Gilbert remarked on three basic types of lesbian haircuts, the k.d. Lang, the 70’s shag, which she said she was sporting, and the Justin Bieber, which she said cohost Sharon Osborne was wearing.
